BNOTE sells fragrance products inspired by international fragrance DNAs. All products are for personal use only and may not be resold without permission.

2. Products

Our perfumes are blended from multiple scent profiles. We do not disclose full fragrance compositions as part of our brand concept. Product images are for illustration purposes only; slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of perfumes, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, content, and visuals belong to BNOTE and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BNOTE is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Customers are advised to review ingredients and test before use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
